The
Power & Light Building : Described by numerous architects as “The finest example of Art Deco architecture west of the Mississippi”, this 34-story structure continues to be the most recognizable icon in the Kansas City skyline. Upon completion in 1931, the 476 foot Power & Light Building became the tallest edifice in the State of Missouri, a distinction it held for over forty years. The top of the structure glows at night with changing colors and is a historical landmark beacon on the Kansas City skyline. The cornerstone of the Power & Light Building Redevelopment Project, a seven phase $150 Million multi-use renovation project slated to begin in the fall of 2005; the 231,000 square foot Power & Light Building will enjoy state-of-the-art features and functionality upon completion.

The Landmark Building: This four-story structure is a Class “A” signature office building constructed in accordance with the strict design standards of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. State Farm occupies the first three floors of this 100,000 square foot office building. This prestigious building was designed to anchor an upscale mixed-use business park; including hotel, convention center, retail shopping, restaurants, bank and office space.

The Blue Ridge Financial Center: This building surpassed all regional buildings to become Missouri’s newest signature Class "A" office building. This world-class, multi-tenant office building offers the ultimate in design standards, amenities, and prestige identity for its tenants. A six-story 114,000 square foot Class "A" office building houses the corporate offices and main retail banking facility of Blue Ridge Bank and Trust, a large regional bank with assets approaching one billion dollars.

Vallejo Landmark Building: This two-story structure, the cornerstone project of Vallejo Station, is a Class “A” state-of-the art office building constructed in accordance with the strict design standards of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. State Farm occupies 100% of this 60,000 square foot waterfront building. The 124 acre “Vallejo Station” re-development project in Vallejo, California is an upscale mixed-use business park including hotel, convention center, retail shopping, restaurants, banks and office buildings, situated on Vallejo Bay, just east of San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge.

Baton Rouge Landmark Building: Alsation Land Company recently received the National Pyramid Award for Excellence in Construction from Associated Builders and Contractors, and Louisiana's Best of 2006 Award for Best Building Project for the State Farm Insurance Operations Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, which was completed in June 2006. The project is an approximate 65,000 square foot, two-story Class “A,” institutional quality structure. This building anchors Towne Center at Cedar Lodge, an upscale, 440,000 square foot mixed-use development in Baton Rouge. With several leases expiring in the fall of 2006, State Farm required completion of this building by September 2006. Alsation delivered the building several months ahead of schedule in the post-Katrina Baton Rouge construction market.
